1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zen Nodes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Zen Nodes guarantees a 99.9% network and power uptime. In the event of a significant breach of this SLA, users may be eligible for service credits at the discretion of Zen Nodes management. This guarantee excludes scheduled maintenance or outages caused by third-party upstream providers.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. Refund requests must be submitted via our support ticket system within 48 hours of the initial transaction. This policy does not apply to renewals, dedicated IP addresses, or accounts suspended for violating our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Users are prohibited from using the Service for:
- DDoS attacks, port scanning, or any form of network disruption.
- Hosting illegal content, including copyrighted material without authorization.
- Cryptocurrency mining or any process that causes excessive CPU usage.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or phishing attempts.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately and all data may be deleted.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zen Nodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
